We have all settled back into what the new normal is and are now getting on with our learning. We are encouraging each other to social distance and beginning to realise how important this is for the adults in school. We have been learning about World War II and we have been focusing on the affect this had on the Jewish population. Unfortunately we are unable to go on any trips but I would like to have a World War II day probably on Wednesday 21st October- I will confirm this. We do need to make this easy- dressing as an evacuee, land army girl etc
We are trying to make sure that the children and families can access the APP. Please download the Seesaw APP on to your device. I am intending that all homework will go on Seesaw and home learning will be done on this. I will put work into your child’s area if they are ill but obviously you make the decision whether they are well enough to do it.
We are starting catch up lessons for the children on a Monday after school. Please contact school to arrange for your child to have a place.
Stockport Academy will be visiting the children on Wednesday 6th October to talk about going to high school.
If you have any queries please message me on Seesaw or email email@example.com

We are now reading and writing about Zelda Claw and the Rain Cat.
Our next topic is going to be addition and subtraction. Have a go at these booklets.
If you find yourself having to quarantine at home these are so me great links for home learning. Class work will also be loaded on here as well as on your new Seesaw account.
We have had a great day learning about World War II. We sang war songs and did drama activities.
